The International Day of Happiness art competition was organised by Richard Harrington MP and we had two winners from Chater Junior school. Thomas in 3C won 2nd place and Sara in 5M won 4th place. Congratulations to both of you.
Watford MP Richard Harrington ran an art competition, schools were invited to submit pupils’ artwork to mark the 100th anniversary of women’s right to vote. Pupils could design anything from a suffragette banner or sash to a badge, photo or drawing. Winners were selected by Richard Harrington MP and we are delighted to announce that Daania in 4HB won first prize in the Primary schools’ section. Daania will receive a prize and the opportunity of a tour and tea at the Houses of Parliament. Well done Daania!
