Sports Events

Four pupils from Year 6 took part in the PE round of the Challenge Cup. The children had to create games to develop their skills in a specific sport which for them was hockey.  They competed against six other local schools and came first! Well done Harry, Pradeeshanna, Esther and Abdul.

The whole school took part in a Games Day recently.  Everyone joined in a Skipathon to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.  During the rest of the day the children took part in a variety of sports including golf, hurdles, blind ball, table tennis and speed stacking.


The Year 4 Tennis team took part in a tournament with five other local schools and came first.  They will now got through to the county finals next term. Well done Year 4.



The Year 4 Gym team came in 2nd place out of 8 schools in a recent competition and now go through to the final on Tuesday 25th April.  Congratulations to Malachi, Vethurshan, Aadam, Maleeka, Natir and Maysun and good luck in the finals.



The netball team: Kiana, Shahzada, Aamina, Esther, Chelsey, Babita and Fatimah attended a tournament at Queens school on Wednesday 15th March 2017. They enjoyed the tournament and hope to play in other matches soon.
